Replace Seal For 8000Rpm Spindle
8000 rpm spindle seal replacement instruction (S4017-1)
(1) Remove 3 pcs M5 set screws(as picture shown), and replace
with M5X8 cap screws.
(2) Use screwdriver slightly hammer down until there is a gap.
(3) Use 2 screwdrivers insert to the gap and force the cover down.
4) Remove the cover down and replace the oil seal
(5) Apply a little oil before install the cover back
(6) Put the cover back up with rubber hammer.
(7) Install the set screws.
